What to look for when buying a cart from a fleet of 30?

I'm purchasing a 2007 electric EzGo TXT from an equipment company that has a fleet of 30 of them coming back from a local golf course in Southern Ontario Canada. Aside from appearance / body is there anything I can look at to help narrow down or exclude from picking the right one? I know batteries will be key, I assume they will test and provide %?

Any help would be much appreciated, my last cart I purchased was a 98ClubCar DS from another dealer and unfortunately batteries lasted less than one season in a trailer park.
