Voltage Reducer question

I have a factory reducer on my G29 and was fiddling with some of the wires when one "arched" and the lights are radio wouldn't turn on. I checked the reducer and was only getting .9V on the outlet so something went wrong. I hooked up the lights and radio to one 12V battery just to check them and they worked so no damage.

I don't see it, but does the reducer have a fuse that I may have blown or do you think its toast?
