Marathon complete rebuild

And so it begins. This isn't your typical build. It's almost backwards. It is a 1989 EZGO marathon, 36 volt, resistor cart. I bought it almost 3 years ago. It was a cart built for golfing. When I purchased it, I had no idea of BGW, no plans of building it, and didn't take pictures like I should've. I've done lots of upgrading, modifying, and building so far. Some of the things I've put on, I'm going to go back and perfect; grinding, cutting and adjusting to make them right. Things have broken and been repaired. I've beat the absolute crap out of it. So much, it's amazing it's still in one piece. I've added all kinds of accessories. My plans now are to completely tear the cart down. I'm going all the way to bare frame. I'll post a picture of it when I brought it home and then when it's to the frame. As I put everything back on, I will take pictures and try to add why I did things and what I've experienced along the way. There will be a few extra things going on it that aren't there yet. I won't disclose those just yet. I will say, it will hopefully ride smoother and be a little bit more soundly. I hope you'll follow along, give me pointers, ideas, words of wisdom, and keep me motivated. Thanks for looking and enjoy!
