currently have an '08 exgo pds 36V with the speed chip in it. debating on putting a small 3" lift on it with 10" rims and larger tires. cart could use batteries this winter, which I would do the lift at the same time. looking at the jake's lift...3" one. the more I think about it the more I'm hesitant on doing it to this cart cuz it's electric...is it really worth it? to me, It just seems a gas cart would be a better one to do a lift on; no worries about electric motor or battery strain/shortened life. sure it would probably work the gas motor a bit more, but so what; just keep adding gas.
Am I thinking wrong, I know people do lift to both kinds of carts everyday, with no problems; but just wanted to see what you guys thought in here; do the lift on my current electric, or sell and get a gas one.
