Does installation differ between brands?

I have a 6" Allsports SS A Arm lift that I need to install. I'm going to attempt to do this on my own, however, I can't find a good installation video to go along with it.

Does the Allsports lift vary in installation from a Madjax lift? Madjax has a really good installation video on youtube. If the parts are basically the same, I'll just use the MJ video as my guide.

I'm a visual/kinesthetic learner, so written directions are hard for me to understand. If I can see the video, I can get it done a lot faster.
