1999 TXT Won't Run

I have a 1999 TXT with new batteries. The cart won't run. I have been able to get it to run with the wheels lifted if I spin the right rear wheel by hand. Batteries are new and fully charged to 38.4V. Solenoid clicks. Can someone please guide me to a repair manual, or at least a wiring diagram. Thank you, Bill
