25" Tires with 6" A-Arm Lift

Hello Gentlemen,

I really need your help as I can't find much information on the forums regarding my questions.

I would like to put a set of 25" Afterburn Street Force(GBC) -12" rim.

However, I'm unclear if this would fit on Club Car Precedent with a 6" A-Arm Lift.

[Used for on-road use 90% of the time]

Lastly, deciding between ITP and Madjax wheels...either made in the USA?... any benefit to one over the other?
