What year cart is this? Need electrical diagram

I just got this cart and it needs some TLC. I'd like to rewire it and need a wiring diagram. I was told it was a 1990 EZGO Workhorse, but when I enter the serial number into the EZGO website it says 2001 electric?

1. What year and model is this?
2. Where can I get a wiring diagram?
3. It only turns over when jumping the starting solenoid, so I assume the solenoid is bad.
