Lifan factory quality gaffe.....

Hi guys new to the forum... just wanted to see if anyone else has run across a valve seal issue with their new lifan 15hp. I'm repowering my Marathon cart and when I was changing out the head, valves and Springs I noticed that my intake was missing the seal and spring seat. Not a big deal to me as I was upgrading my head and components anyways, but if someone didn't intend on upgrading there would have been issues.....

Just wanted to put it out there so if anyone had a smoking issue outta the gate.

I've enjoyed the forum and have been reading and taking tips where I can get them. Lots of knowledge here...
