You probably noticed this is my first post since I am new this forum. So I wanted to say Howdy all!
I purchased my first golf cart which is a 1990 Yamaha G2. It runs but need a tune up so I ordered a tune up kits which are air filters, two belts, gas filter, spark plugs and 4 air filter box straps for it.
However there seem to be oil all over on top of the engine, I think it a value cover/cap area. There some tubing going over it to the air filter box and it seem to split off somewhere.
I notice little oil inside the air filter box as well too. So I am wondering if that normal or it should be free of oil? Is the tubing that near the top (value cover I think) contain oils in it? I think it seem to be returning to the crank body housing but not sure.
If that the case the the tubing is leaking oil and need replacing maybe?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
