'92 Marathon rear leaf spring replacement

Hello. I am new to the site and recently purchased a '92 Marathon. It already had the economy block lift. One side was sitting about 2 inches lower so I am trying to replace the leaf spring. I have the heavy duty leaf spring. I was able to get the old one off, but I am having problems getting the bolts to line up again on each end to reattach. The rubber bushings are a pain as well. Any suggestions to make this easier?
