Prep for 2000 EZGO TXT Build

My grandfather passed away and had a 36v EZGO TXT he used for an island cart. My grandmother is giving it to us to have for a neighborhood cart, since we have a CC precedent for the golf course. I want to do it up right and take it all the way down to the frame and do a complete refurb, so that we get plenty of years out of it as our girls grow up. I have included the information below, but I need some help from the forum to know what I'm working with before I start getting into to ordering parts, etc. I did a search on the EZGO site and it tells me that it is a 2000 TXT but I know there are two different types of motor setups which I am having trouble figuring out before I get into it. One note is that the reverse is NOT on the dash! Below is the info from the serial plate. Any help you guys can provide is much appreciated!
