What did you pay for your first cart?

I'm on the hunt for a cart to lift for cruising around the neighborhood and I'm just wondering how good of a deal I should be trying to find?

So what did you pay for your first cart and what was it?

Any suggestions on finding a good deal on a cart? Craigslist right now has 90's EZCar's base electric (unmodded) for around $1500.
