1988 DS lift and tires

Hello all, I'm a new guy. I've read through the sticky's and scanned the pages no finding an exact answer.

I have this stocker that I would like to lift and put some non-fancy wheels with good sized tires. I am not going off roading but I will have a back seat possibly haul some "beefalo's" so I was thinking of adding another leaf in there if possible.

I can weld and fabricate ok. I can probably make a lift for it but with all the new lift options does anyone have any knowledge of a low budget kit I can buy? Also any tricks on wheels that'll swap with a 4wheeler or something that won't be so much. Or I'm not opposed to using stock wheels(rims) on some big tires if they make such and animal. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
