New to electric

Hi I am new to electric carts so be easy on me(I am doing a custom cart)

I need some advice I got a 07 ezgo txt bone stock with rear seat

I am going to paint it but need to know how to get the body off(used to club car)

Also aside from larger wheels how can I get more top end from it without swapping out the motor?(I have seen the high speed harness on buggies unlimited but it says not to use with stock controller is this true?)

How do install the elite dash for it?(I am getting one for this cart)

Otherwise it's a solid cart and I am doing it to sell so I want it to be reliable for the owner who buys it
