Supercharging a Clone

Here are a few pictures of the supercharger I'm using. It has a pump volume of 500cc per revolution. For me this is great cause it won't have to spin fast. The next thing is superchargers have relatively low friction levels because there are no contacting parts other then to 2 gears that time the impellers. I'm not using an aftercooler like on the go cart but there will be a large intake tube to help eliminate the rotor pulses. I want to use a timing belt to time the pump pulse to when the intake valve is open. This will increase the efficiency of the pump at lower rpms.
