Working on a 2010 refurbished Precedent. The problem is obvious, but the cause is not obvious to me. The right side brakes are evenly worn and about 1/2 way through the lining. The rear shoe on the left side is similar to those on the right side, but obviously the forward left side shoe has taken a beating. When I slacked of the brake cables they were both properly connected to the spreader.
Why would this one shoe wear so badly and mostly on the bottom half of the lining?
