I have a 2005 Club Car Carryall 2 with a 48 volt "series" drivetrain. It was working when we purchased it last year but pretty slow, so we replaced the 3.1 HP motor with a 5.5 HP motor. Big improvement! Then a few months later it quit working in forward, only had reverse: It had burned contacts on the forward side of the F/R switch, so I replaced the F/R switch, worked great! Now after a few more months it is not moving again. No solenoid click so I replaced the solenoid, and it moved about ten feet, then quit. Could it be the controller? I'm pretty new to carts, but have been a mechanic for 30+ years...HELP?!?!?!:help:
