Need help with input shaft

Hello to all. Just bought a 2007 EZGO PDS and love it. Have body painted and threw some 14" madjax wheels on it. I am currently having issues with the input shaft. I have never replaced the seals and bearings on input shaft so I tried it on an old differential I have here. I was not able to remove the input shaft for nothing.


So my question is - How much should a dealer charge just to remove and replace the input shaft seals and bearings?

I would love to do it but having so much trouble removing on other differential that I do not want to try mine.

Also, any one have recommendations for techs in Miami, Florida?
