Getting ready to paint my buggie. Didn't want it to be down while painting
so I went to the GC graveyard and got me a body.
Decided not to put plastic rear fender covers back on. So there's holes to fill.
Thought I'd show you how I do it.
Started with this.
Used a ball grinder on a Dremel to bevel holes on both sides.
Then cut some wax paper and taped it to outside of body.
Mixed some filler and applied from inside of body.
Let harden and remove tape.
Sand smooth and glaze with putty to fill pinholes. Sand smooth again and you are ready to prime and paint.
