Lifting a 1989 Club cart

Hi, iam new to all this but I've bought a 1989 CC series I belive with the V Glide.
Iam looking to put a lift kit now that I have it working.
My question is can I lift the front end without purchasing a kit?
I know I can do the rear end with no problems.
I have means to equip.
