A few questions ezgo rxv

Hello to all, This is the first time working on an ezgo, RXV 2009 ser# 5042886
date code 1209.

1. Is it normal to only have one U bolt on each rear leaf spring?

2. How do you check the oil level in the Diff.? It has a flat rubber plug on the bottom but no bolts anywhere on the side to check.

3. Steering has a bad squeak coming from the steering box and feels rough. Is there a lube point or adjustment?

4. How often should the brake be removed and inspected?
