To start off, the VC starter/gen belt is a complete waste that is incorrectly sized for our application. Not only that, but VC would not offer me any alternatives or even issue out basic replacement information without ordering directly through them. Keep in mind, I spent $1,600 with VC and was asking info for a $10 belt. What a terrible way to represent your business in general, but alternatively, a great way to lose a customer.
So, here is the proper belt for a VC 460 kit (with updated crank pully) that worked on my Club Car (it may work on other applications as well). I have well over 100 starts on this belt with absolutely no issues, under every weather condition imaginable.
