09 RXV EZGO Powerwise QE Charger ?

Didn't want to hijack a thread & I found the thread with the code faults. But my charger is flashing 5 red lights. Actually it flashes, green,red green,red 5 times & finishes green then nothing. The batteries show over 12 volts mostly 12.2 Less than a year old. Charger just quit, is it toast?
