relocated choke cable

OK, I do not like the choke and ignition being under the front of the seat. A little hard for me to use them, so I moved them. I put the ignition switch under the left side of the dash like an old mopar, and stuck the choke cable on the steering column. I am thinking of going with EFI, and did not want to make a new hole for the choke cable, so fabbed up a bracket to put it on the steering column. Works well. 8' cable from ebay for around $11 shipped. Used around 7.75 feet of the cable!
I ran 3/8" fuel line under the cart for the ignition switch wires, to keep them safe. So when I ran the choke cable, I simply cable tied it to the 3/8 steel tube I had already run. Put heat shrink tube on the cable housing to protect against any possible shorts while working on it, and used the stock cable threaded end. Crimped it on the new cable and used heat shrink tube to give it a little extra strength.
