My Powerwise QE just isn't fully charging my 3 year old US Batts. I run the cart for 18 holes 3 days a week, but the other days the cart gets only short trips of less than a mile. I always plug the charger in after every use. After a good discharge over the 18 holes the batteries seem to charge decently but at times not fully. After short trips the charge is always a quick one with no gassing even if I unplug and replug right after the charge is finished trying for a equalizing charge. I get that the QE charger is junk as many of you techs suggest. 2 Questions: 1. Is the QE junk because they fail or because they don't do a good charging profile? 2. And this is the important one: Do I need to modify anything on the cart or the charger when I purchase a DPI charger for my RXV?
