I bought this cart for the frame and front suspension to build a 4x4 single seat buggie out of, but for now I am wanting to play around with it to see how much performance I can get out of it. I thought about replacing the wire coils on the solenoids with battery cables. Has anyone tried this? I don't want to ruin the motor right away, but I don't really care about the motor, rear end, or any of the electrical. Any ideas that any of you have had but cared too much about your cart to try? I will be pulling 3 12 volt batteries from my vehicles to test it, so I know it won't go very long but I should be able see if there are any differences in its performance. Let me know what you think?
