Gas club car solenoid click no start(Key start)

I have a 2005 club car gas cart. This is a DS model that is a key start. Recently its not been starting when I turn the key. I can hear the solenoid click but nothing happens. My battery is fully charged. Anyone have any suggestions? Is this a solenoid issue or a starter/generator issue? Any way to jump it by the solenoid or by the starter/generator to test it? Thanks
