A few of my friends wanted to build "rat rod" carts. What did they do? Slap on some flat black primer and red wheels. That isn't a rat in my book. So I thought I'd raise the bar a little.
My plan is to use my 78 club car body on a custom chassis. Ezgo leaf spring/solid axle front suspension and a killer looking rear end with a drum brake attacked to the motor. I'm going to run 3 12v batteries up front so I can sit as low as possible to maximize the chop. I plan on sitting where the batteries used to. Going to make a custom battery mount to make them resemble a big *** engine. As of now I have amassed all the parts and have started mock up on the chassis.
