2003 EZGO pds rear end noise

Got a 2003 ezgo pds with rear end noise,we hit a cement block,busted a hole in rear end pan,upon inspection of teeth shown in rear end,I see no damage,cart runs fine but just has new clicking noise.repaired pan changed rear end oil,but still has noise,maybe someone can help me...
