Ok, 2013 Precedent, new batteries. Was supposed to have speed turned up when I bought it, speed code 4 is my guess from what I've read here? Runs pretty good on flat ground but my neighborhood has some hills. I expect it to slow down on the really steep hills but it seems to slow down a lot on less steep hills also. I've read a lot of the posts here. My serial number starts with PH, best I can tell that makes it a little more difficult. New motor, controller, both?
